Who we are…
Since 1993, Inline Interiors has delivered over 1,000 fit-outs, refurbishments, make goods, and capital expenditure projects for clients in the commercial sector across NSW and ACT.
We are experienced commercial fit out contractors in Sydney, with a diverse network of consultants, contractors, and suppliers to suit any aspect of projects, small and large. As trusted commercial fit out builders, we offer early contractor involvement, assist with design development and building approvals, provide budget and fixed-price project costings, manage projects efficiently, and deliver full construction services.

Andrew Davis
Director
Andrew has built over twenty years’ experience in the construction industry working his way through the ranks of retail builder Mainbrace Constructions, from their cadet program to project manager developing a broad range of skills in the retail and Shopping Centre sector. The experience gained through his career has established strength in delivery focusing on client requirements and great project outcome.
In 2016 he partnered with great friend James McDougall to continue building Inline Interiors a project management based fit out company. Together, they have brought a fresh perspective and collaborative approach to the business, combining their expertise in project management, and customer service to deliver exceptional results for their clients . Andrew has a vast, well rounded construction knowledge and has worked on a variety of retail, commercial, hospitality, industrial and medical projects ranging in size and complexity always working to a high standard of time, quality and safety for his clients.
James McDougall
Director
With over twenty years’ experience in the construction industry, James is well experienced in the delivery of commercial construction projects. Starting out at Mainbrace Constructions, James learned to adapt and apply well developed systems and processes to work with multiple stakeholders to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget and to client satisfaction. After moving to the UK to further apply these skills, gain experience and develop confidence, he moved back to Australia to partner up with long time friend and colleague Andrew Davis, to build Inline Interiors, a commercial interior fit-out business, with the professionalism and competence learned in the broader industry.
James is dedicated and passionate in delivering projects in the small to medium sector with an efficiency and expertise unique to this market. He is well experienced across a broad range of project types from workspaces, to healthcare, hospitality, retail and lessor / captical expenditure works. James works tirelessly to ensure his priorities are client and project focused with a long term approach to the business that is based on repeat and referred customers.

Inline interiors has been CM3 certified close to 10 years and continues to renew this important safety accreditation in the industry. We also hold relevant approvals on platforms such as Rapid Global, Smartek and iPro. Inline Interiors is fully licenced, insured and with a robust compliant OH&S system in place, we are experienced and well suited to working in commercial buildings, shopping centres, hospitals and other public spaces where compliance with building rules and best practices are paramount to a successful and well run project.
